I had an issue with my order and got a bit worried at first, mostly because the updates weren’t very clear and I didn’t really know what was going on. That was a little annoying. But once imediastores.com got back to me, they handled it quickly and the support person was friendly and easy to deal with. No unnecessary back and forth, and the problem was fixed without much fuss. Happy with the outcome overall, so I’d still give them 5 stars.

Had an issue after a few months and contacted Imedia Stores about the warranty. Thought it might be a hassle, but it wasn’t. They replied fast and got a replacement sorted. Took a few days, but no complaints. I’d buy from them again.

I was mostly just relieved they had the item in stock. I had already checked a bunch of other places, like the usual big sites, a couple specialty shops, even some random stores I found through Google, and it was either sold out, on backorder, “ships in 3-4 weeks,” or one of those vague “more coming soon” messages.
imediastores.com showed it as available, and for once that actually meant available. No follow-up email the next day saying, “Sorry, inventory was wrong,” no canceled order, no weird delay, no customer service runaround, no surprise substitution or anything like that. That alone made me happy because I’ve had that happen before with cables, adapters, replacement parts, printer stuff, all kinds of annoying little things.
Checkout was simple and normal, nothing fancy but no problems either, and my order started moving quickly. I’d definitely use them again if I’m looking for something that’s hard to find, whether it’s a specific model, an older item, something out of stock everywhere else, or just one of those things you need right away and don’t want to chase across five different websites
